Main Responsibilities are for the overall Management of Civil Defence Operations for Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, South Dublin and Dunlaoaire Rathdown County Council. The Search and Recovery of missing persons. Ensure compliance with Regional and National Emergency Planning. Ensure compliance with the Major Emergency Management Framework. Put into practice the Government White Paper on Defence. Ensure the Training Requirements are met to National Standards for our Volunteers (420)
