Central-Buda Civil Protection Association, known in Hungary as Kozep-Budai OPVE is an officially registered, nation-wide non-profit volunteer rescue, civil protection and educational association. It’s main declared goal is to decrease the vulnerability of civil population in case of disasters within the framework of and in close cooperation with official disaster management and law enforcement forces of Hungary.
